Trying to lose weight and becoming healthy is one of the HARDEST things to do in a society we live in where we are constantly surrounded by cheap,Fast, greasy, yummy, food. Oddly,we are dying of being too fat while kids in third world countries go to sleep starving. It’s a rough battle to win but everyday you tell yourself, “is it worth it?
