Have a Summer House

I want this little summer place to be by the coast somewhere, preferably – I love being near water. Although I could live with it just being in a small little town. What I don’t want is some super isolated mountain cabin where people can go murder me and no one will hear me scream. No.
I want to be able to go up in the summer for a while, relax, invite friends up, and have it as kind of a retreat away from my super posh apartment in Manhattan. Ha. Any day now.
I could have my hammock there (goal #4), and my photo booth.

In the future yeah, why not?
And I want to design it :)
Of course, there’s a loooong way before I can do that

I need a house before I can have a summer house.

Or some other secondary piece of property. I would also enjoy a ski cabin, and I dream of an apartment in Rome. But step one is a summer house, preferably a beach house. And step one is still a long ways off.
