compile my poetry

everything’s a palindrome
a trip there and back
up and down a spine
hips are playing pingpong
the wood is thick in these forests
and everywhere’s a forest
these shadows
the sun’s not direct
the light is green
filtered through the leaves
and he leaves
and he comes
and we can’t stay long
just enough to catch our breaths
everyone is waiting
here, there
some up above
those ones are rolling spindles towards us
anything
to get them in our hands faster
if you exercise control over your pulse
if you tune your vibrational frequency
all the lost can be found

It was nice. Intimate. Just 6 of us. 5 shared. I want to start hosting weekly gatherings again. I’ve written a few things lately. Going to get into the habit again!

In all the filing I came across a bunch of old stuff. So it’s consolidated to one place and slowly I’ll get it all entered into the computer to put together a manuscript and start shopping it around. Joy! The putting new stuff on my blog thing hasn’t really worked out.

Although I have a ton of stuff from the past that is going to take some serious effort to compile I’ve decided that I am going to make sure that from this point forward I put all my new poetry on my blog. This way at least stuff from this point forward will be easy to compile. I just put three poems up today. My blog is on blogger.com – I’m acutewit if anyone’s interested in checking it out.
