Wombats pondering
First goal, pretty major. I weigh 175 and I’m 5”3, which is concidered “morbidly” obese. I’m pretty happy with my body but the term “morbidly obese” bothers me. I’d like to get healthier since it’s my last year in highschool and I’m sorta on the hunt for a boyfriend.
I figured it wouldn’t hurt to shed a couple of pounds. 45 to be exact, which would bring me to the healthy weight of 125. But im willing to settle for the 130’s. Anything under 155.. which is what i used to weight. I want to look good when i go to college haha.
I have a giant blue exorcise ball in which I will perform crunches, lunges, and leg flexes. So that takes care of my calves, inner thighs, and abdominal region.
I have hyper kyphosis so I will perform Push-Up’s to straighten my spine but that also tones my upper arms and shoulder muscles.
I also have ankle weights and hand weights in which I will use when i walk.
:( i used to have a tredmil but I walked on it for too long and the motor burned up. RIP <3
Hopefully with all the equipment I’ll be able to shed pounds easily.
My only concern is School.
At my school the only things i’ll eat are white foods like breads, pastas and starches.
I would pack my lunch but these days it costs alot to buy food everyday.
I’ve been thinking about skipping meals and making up for it by eating at home or just eating whatever and doing extra excercizes.
Ive also been dabbling with WeightWatches. Which has helped my Aunt shed 50lbs or so.
Any input on dieting would be great.
