I guess just make healthy habits and do regualr exercise (the gym and workouts really work). Drink lots of water and keep yourself hydrated! Try and avoid the candies and chocolates not matter how shiny the wrapper is =P I lost 5 kg in one month doing this =)

After training for a 12 km run and completing it, I stopped training and gained about 5 kg. I want to lose it.

I love eating junk food but this time I will try harder! I will lose 11 pounds by March 24th
Dont eat junk foods, hold off on snacking between meals, continue workout routine.
Sick of battling with the weight so I’m going on a crash diet for a week to see if that gets me any where.
The day before i start I’m 70kg.
