had a swim today, less than a week after coming back from holidays.
Now keep up going once a week so I use up my swim pass before it expires!!3 months ago

I decided that I should finally get some exercise. I went to a public pool with my siblings for two weeks, and then decided to take it one step further by signing up for lessons (as I was not adept in all the available styles).
It has been close to two months now, and I have to admit that swimming has become like some kind of feel-good drug for me.
My advice to those who plan to do this but sometimes find that they don’t have the motivation: take up lessons or pay for a membership at a club. Having money at stake will definitely be a good motivation. 8 years ago

since having a coach, i swim at least once a week.
