I work retail hours and part time, so my meals are at weird times, and at times I even skip meals (not good). I noticed for some time now I get hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) so I lose energy and feel tired easily. I need to EAT BETTER! No skipping meals anymore. Also, I need to eat healthier food too. I can’t expect to eat more from some really fatty food and lots of sugar (have been doing that recently, esp the sugar like pop, cakes and cookies). One day at work, I didn’t even eat any lunch and dinner and survived by drinking large pop and eating some M&M cookies for a 6 hr shift. I was dead by the end of the night.. I really do need to eat better lol for the sake of my health and myself.
