done- i have been eating sencably and chilling out and i like it i can just fit into some size 10’s and i look good my belly is a bit smoother bit less deppressing so i am lookin forward and onwards and upwards

There are many aspects to this but here is how I am going to attack it.
Weightlifting – 4 times per week.
Fitness Ball workouts – 3 times per week
Cardio workout – 3 times per week
Healthy and Mindful Eating – Choosing what I eat and eating it slowly
I figure by August/September, I am going to look pretty good NAKED!!!!

well ive been doing situps and stuff and (for the brits out there ) im trying the nivea my shiluette i was given some fre sample testers and i dont know but my jeans just seemed to go on a little bit smoother so i bought a propper bottle today and ive found a very old pair of jeans that i have to breath in to wear so if after however long i can gett into the jeans a bit better i can move into the realms of fitting into 8/10 (britt) jeans

wellllll i don’t is the simple truth i look quite good with clothes on i have a good figure i quite like haveing hips and a nice waist but i just want to be able to stand in a bra and pants and not want to screww my eyes up

not that I think I look aweful naked. I’ve been known to visit the beach occasionally, but I want to have more muscle.
