There easy, took me abt 1-2 weeks to train for one It would probably kill your shoudlers since it takes much harder time to stabilize then a bench press but if all you ever did is pushups youll be fine
i havnt given up, just want to delete it because theres another entry with a similar title, but with more people.
I managed to do this once, after eating goat testosterone and drinking aphid milk. I don’t think it’s particularly useful except maybe for showing off at parties. I’d rather do a one-armed pullup…
