I will try this for the month of March and see how I go.
As it says… before 10pm I’m usually asleep now. Its kind of nice. I wake up in the morning and actually have a day.
Part of my whole new fitness craze. I go to bed at 11 and wake up at 6:30 for a walk. I usually nap in the afternoon which isnt to bad. I hope I can keep this up.
