finalize the divorce

everything is 100% done. We just have to wait for the final hearing. Yay!!

Well the notice of publication has been filed, and on the 21st the motion for default & motion to set final hearing can be filed!! Woohoo after that the final step is going to the final hearing, which is only 5 minutes!! YAY!!

So today was the FINAL publication. Now we just have to pick up the proof, take it to the courthouse, and set the final hearing!! I cant wait.

3rd newspaper notice went out today…yay!! only one more week until the next step!

the second ad has been printed…halfway there two mondays from now we can file the motion for default!!

I have never been more proud of myself. This is something very big and scary that I have faced and accomplished all by myself. The newspaper printed the ad for the first time yesterday, and by August 12th, which is merely weeks away, it will be time to set final hearing!!

my dream is coming true…its been filed, put in the newspaper, now we just wait a month and with no response can file a motion for default!!!

sooo close…everything is together just have to go over it another 5 or 10 times and it should be filed by Thursday!! OMG!!!

I am waiting to get one more military certificate back, and then get the stimulus check. Then we can file asap!! Should be sometime next week, I CANT WAIT to do this!!!

This is numero uno on my list…THE most important thing to do. Im giving myself some deadlines:

Have it filed by July 25 NO LATER
Have it finalized by October 31 NO LATER

It should be pretty simple its a missing spouse divorce.
