fix the porsche

It’s about time I give that car some attention.

Washed Pcar2 today – not running yet, but at least it’s clean. I know why I keep them around, they are beautiful cars. Will post another pic, perhaps of both – at some point.

I’ve got two 944s. One needs a clutch and the other needs the replacement engine connected and a manual transmission installed. Porsche will always be around in my life, in one form or another.

I’ve decided to sell off the 914 project. I’ve bgun posting the parts for sale on various websites. So far I’ve managed to sell $2k worth of stuff. I did an inventory of what I have, the major stuff anyway, and have done some price research. If I get anywhere close to what I’m asking, I should be able to raise nearly $10k. I will put this towards restoring the ‘65 Beetle and few other goals on my list.

I have a 1975 914, that I started restoring/upgrading about 10 years ago. Between buying a house, having kids, and going back to school, it keeps getting pushed to the back burner.
