One thing in life I KNOW I want, more than practically anything else.
I want to be a mommy. With a husband who loves me, and will raise our kids for God. I want to have a cute little family in a cute little house, with some cute little dogs.

I have the love and marriage thing covered. We just celebrated our 1 year anniversary in May. I entered marriage unsure of wanting children. We had a bit of a selfish outlook on it – if it happens, it happens: if it doesn’t, it doesn’t. However our best friends just had their first child and for the first time in our 10 year relationship, we are entertaining the idea that we really do want to be parents. Though I must admit that it is a terrifying thought.

When it comes to family planning….well…sometimes things don’t go as planned. I feel so lucky to have a wonderful husband who I am crazy about. Children may not come into our lives the traditional way, but we will be parents someday.
