How to visit Berlin
It made me
Ecstatically happy
 "Amazing, wonderful, exquisite, exhilarating, the best, the most beautiful city in the world!"
How I did it: Lots of ways: I traveled there for the first time on business and stayed for three months! There's so much to see and enjoy! A great great city! I've flown there, traveled by train there, even drove there! It's by far my favorite city! It's not just the museums or the operas and philharmonic, other music genres, it's the culture. OK, so it also helps that I'm fluent in German too! And I like the food too. Lessons & tips: Don't just walk there: run! I would advise you spend lots of time there. I've lived there for months on end and have come back again and again and again. Resources: Well, it helps to speak German. And to know more or less what you want to do in advance. When I visited one time I decided to visit all the places mentioned in one of my favorite books: Erich Kästner's Emil and the Detectives. |

How I did it: I know this post really isnt going to help anyone because I went to Berlin on a school trip, but i thought i'd talk about it quickly.Ive just got back from a 3 day school trip to Berlin. I mainly want to go to the film museum but there is tons I want to see. I think I went once when I was a kid. Just need to convince my partner that it’s the place to go. (I’ll need that passport too of course)

i study german in the school and i like this language and i’m interested in the german culture and i heard that berlin is a very interesting and beautiful city..it’d be really good when i could travel there in the summer..

This is my highest priority, right now! One of my sisters lives in Berlin. Hopefully we’ll have enough money for a plane ticket by Christmas..

My dream will come true in less than two weeks. I can’t wait to see all those things I’ve wanted to see for so long and maybe practice my German in some cosy street cafe. I studied German for 8 years but have never quite had the chance to use it properly, though I’ve visited Germany before. Maybe this time!

I will be in Germany in September. Although my job will put my in Cologne, which is quite a distance from Berlin, I hope to make it to Berlin anyway.

I just won the CBYX scholarship, so I get to go study in Germany next year, and part of it is a trip to Berlin…I’m so stoked. I get to see the bundestaag in session, and I’m a total political nerd, so I’m really excited. happy dance This is going to be soooo awesome.
