Starting off with the Couch-2-5k regime, doing it every day (even though you’re not supposed to). After that I should be able to run continuously for 30 minutes. The hardest part will be motivating myself to get out there every day (especially in bad weather), and coping with the boredom of it (plus the pain). Eventually my goal is to run for an hour in the morning of every day that I am not rowing.
