I have always had a poor self image, and I’m barking on 40, so it’s time I change or try to change things in my eyes. Nobody can love me if I don’t love myself the way I am
How to love myself unconditionally
It made me
Fulfilled

How I did it: I've had to learn that the only one responsible for ensuring my happiness is me. No man (or woman, or child) can be exclusively responsible for my happiness and well-being. It's gotta come from me. People love you the way that you love you. Nothing more, nothing less.
Resources: Honeslty, the combination of 43Things, daily devotionals, and encouraging words from friends and family all combined to lead to my very own personal "aha" moment.

I was listening to Wayne Dyer’s tape set called “There’s A Spiritual Solution for Every Problem”. He makes many good points. I’ve heard people say he’s too religious for them, but even though I feel more spiritual than religious, I find it easy to take away many good points. I like the guy. I still find him a little, ohhh, egotistical or something, but we all have our issues and I’m sure when I accomplish this goal, I will be less harsh on other people.

I am tired of blaming myself. I can believe I have some good in me. I want to love, but it will all be in vain, if I don’t love myself first.

Found out that loving someone else more than yourself means giving up your own life. I didn’t realize it until he stopped caring about me. Will I ever find myself again? I’m going to love myself enough to try!!
