This one truly speaks to me presently:
My intentions create my reality.
I’m finding mornings and evenings the best time to quietly repeat my affirmations to make my day a more positive experience, and after only a few days, I am in a much better mindset! I focus on only 2-3 affirmations, and that seems to be my ideal at the moment!

I like saying “We’re just getting started!” as a way of looking forward, to avoid dwelling on past mistakes. It’s a way to recognize the lifelong learning that goes on, especially with my husband and me, and the choices we’ve made (some were good, many not so good, but I refuse to let regret pull us down).

I was changing affirmations but Ive been sticking with a basic one for awhile now but I write another one as well. I write my goals, one goal is to move into a house by august this yr so Ive been concerntrating on that. I write it out pages a day, I will accomplish my goal and it feels great knowing that

I’m going to give the cards from vitalaffirmations.com a break for awhile. Instead, I’m going to repeat two or three of my own affirmations throughout the day. And I’m going to write them on small cards and carry them with me, to look at when I’m feeling down.
