sit on a lion in trafalgar square

A lion in the snow yesterday.. even more slippery than usual to climb on

Wear stretchy clothes and shoes with grip and go for it!

... and I realise that I don’t feel agile or brave enough to climb up them. They are way high up and made of shiny bronze – all the kids seem to climb up them no problem though. Have they no fear ? I do think they have great chubby bronze paws though.. so I forgive them for constantly reminding me of my wimpish failure to climb onto them.

Went and looked at the lions the other night to really see how difficult this is going to be. Getting onto the plinth won’t really be an issue but those lions are very big at least 5ft’8 of slipperiness and goodness knows how you get up it. I think that would be inelegantly however achieved! Could not attempt as was wearing skirt and boots – needs jeans and climbing boots!

OK so have a plan – have a man. Need to do!
