I took an introductory course in Zen meditation a couple of years ago. The teacher said that to really feel the difference one had to try it for at least a month at least fifteen minutes per day. So that´s what I´m going to do.
I have tried it before and and managed to do it for a week or so, but then I came up with lame excuses not to do it. They say you should do it early or late in the day, since that´s when you got time. I think before going to bed would be the best time for me because it´s not good to be too drowsy when you sit down.
So today is 25th of October, and I solemnly pledge to meditate each day for at least 15 minutes until the 26th of November.

I did a meditation course about 12 years ago and found mediating really improved my quality of life… since then I’ve always had a goal to meditate on a regular basis but have never had the self-discipline to do it…
Now that’s about to change! :-)

did it with the hubby last night, usually do it alone, it is much better with others, although I can take my time by myself…..
wait a minute, that sounds dirty… really we were just meditiating thats all….
