When i take the time to meditate, using guided meditation (aka hypnosis) my life, world, career, personal life, and overall sense of inner peace and peace with myself and the universe seem to grow leaps and bounds. I don’t know why i can’t seem to make this a priority. Probably because my subconscious, with it’s wires as crossed as they are, want to hold on to the negative, self sabotaging beliefs that have held me back from a world of fulfillment. It is only up to me, whether i make the conscious decision to change my life around using this most effective tool of personal and professional development. 4 months ago

Ok day 2 and I’ve already forgot to do this! So technically I’ve failed my “personal challenge…” still I’m going to continue to try this everyday until it becomes a habit! 6 months ago

I’ve never really meditated before but after doing some reading I’m convinced meditating everyday is a good idea. So I’ve got myself a guided meditation CD. Just tried working through some of the exercises. I didn’t manage to compete all the exercises on the CD but I did meditate for around 40 minutes and am feeling better in myself because of it! My own worry is right now I’m at home rather than university-just hoping I’ll be able to make time for this on a busy day where I have lots to do! 6 months ago
