I cannot be someone when I’m fat
The Universe is against me
I wasn’t supposed to be here (on Earth)
People mostly think of themselves
I will never trust a man again
Love causes pain

I’m still here so I just haven’t found my purpose
Not all men want to harm you

I have a purpose
I deserve to love and be loved because I’m a wonderful woman

I want to loose weight.
I haven’t because I comfort eat. I eat to keep pain and stress away. I have much pain and stress that I have no control over.
If I do not change it will be an endless circle and the weight will keep going up.
I want to be in control of something. I can control my weight and learn alternative ways to deal with stress and pain. I can use my programs and books. I can talk to others online. I can talk to doctors and others.
Loosing weight will increase my selfworth.
