How I did it: i have always wanted to shed some weight. so i made up my mind that i will be healthier than ever before. had to force myself for the first few days but now its more of a habit...
i love working out... it just beats off my stress and i feel very energetic and healthier after each work out.

i will go to the gym every day of the week except saturday and sunday… that’s my goal!!!
i went to gym regularly for 9 years. but because of some tough times i went through i lost my motivation almost completely. i should start doing it again, my back needs regular training. my first goal is to go once a week, the second to go twice, alternating between muscle and cardio workout.
To be prepared for the next move, now I have been to gym regularly depends on my scheduler since the beginning of this semester.
