which is a more realistic goal for me given my muscle mass
Embem is unsure of what she wants, but she wants to be unsure.
How I did it: First, I just sort of decided that I was not going to check myself compulsively for results. I would only take note when I go shopping. And finally, I bought my first pair of size 8, non stretch jeans. Granted, they are misses, AND I am still a 9/10 in juniors (I was an 11/12, though.) But, they're size eight, and I am proud. I really owe a lot of this to taekwondo, which I have started doing in the past couple months. It really has toned me up. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I used to be a fatty. I was 140, and a size 16, now I am 110 and a size 8.I did it by eating well and exercising. That is all there is to it. Read how I did it…

but at least I can dream
now im 14 – tryied to cheat my self, but that’s the truth!
so im starting now.
At the start of highschool I was 43 kilos and I was size 8 (New Zealand sizes, probably a 2/4 in US today), I have since gained weight (now 49 kilos) and I’m a size 6 in most stores, 8 in a few, and a 10 in one. So I’m 6 kilos heavier but a size smaller.
New Zealand sizes used to be slightly smaller than Australian sizes (even though both countries are s’posed to follow the same industry standards), now over the past few years more and more Australian store have opening in NZ and the NZ market has since adjusted it’s self to the Australian sizing. And then general vanity sizing has occurred so I’m now a size smaller, even though I’m heavier.
I looked up some vintage patterns on ebay, according to Australian pattern sizes from the 1950s, I would have been size 12 back then. How crazy is that.
Vanity sizing has been going on since the 1940s, the number on the tag simply doesn’t mean anything more.

I lost 4 lbs the first week of the Biggest Loser contest and 1 lb the second week, but this weekend went away and ate in restaurants. For the past 2 days I made unwise choices in 4 unwise meals (pancakes with bacon, potato, egg for breakfast, then pizza for dinner with a PEPSI (the first in 3 months), then the next morning croissant x 2, waffle half, more eggs and bacon, then for afternoon snack chocolate cake with decaf coffee). Now I feel very bloated and my abdomen protrudes like a food baby. However, I am getting back on track. I find a enjoy a regular eating plan and ability to eat organic. I am still far from the goal of size 6. It is probably at least a year away. I will set the goal for March 16, 2010 for being size 6.

Logged all my food on weightwatchers etools and checked my pH. I ate reasonably. pH was still acid but that is ok. 1 day at a time.

who recommended some diet changes. Calcium has been helping. Main thing with this is consistency.
She told me to try “Emergen-C” in water. Still getting in on agerage 2L water a day. I got the foods she recommended.
This week I am going to work on the “reasonable portion size.” Weight is stable.
