How I did it: For Halloween two friends and I decided to dress up as Alice, Madhatter, and the Cheshire cat. We sat out on my from porch with a huge table, tons of cups (none of them matched) and teapots (yes more than one), cake (PINK!) and tea-sandwiches (mmm, cucumber). And then we threw a mad party :)

Lessons & tips: Get tons of accessories. Spend the entire day baking.

    I’ve decided to do this as an Open House party to celebrate buying and moving in to our new home some time this summer.

    I need a Cheshire Cat costume. I wonder if I can talk my husband into being the Mad Hatter.
