make a tattoo

I want to have a rosary bead tattoo with my aunt and grandmothers name and death dates but im not sure how to do it and im not sure where to put it my ribs or my forearm idk help please

Im 18 and im dying to get my first tattoo before going off to collage. But im having troubles invisioning/desiging one thats for me.
I want it to be on the back of my neck which encompasses tribal symbolls for peace, love, and tranquility. as well as a sun/moon/star combo. All fitting in a spot that is ONLY slightly larger than a half dollar.
HELP!
