Coconut Rice 4 months ago

Ok, I know this isn’t a huge stretch but I grew up on fast food and only learned to cook in my twenties.

Basically you boil coconut milk instead of water, add the rice and when it’s almost done add almond slivers. It’s really good and super easy. And my whole house smelled amazing for the rest of the night!

Potato Salad 12 months ago

I’ve never liked it but i decided to try it since…who knows maybe my taste buds changed? It’s definitely not bad…there is just something i don’t like about it..maybe it’s the eggs or mayo…idk but it’s not something i’d wanna eat every day

We went to this Indian restaurant in London. I had the Prawn Kurma and loved it.

Lebanese 17 months ago

I never tried this type of food before, but I have to admit, I love it. And the restaurant isn’t that far away, so I’ll be visiting it often.

Really? I ate sushi? 2 years ago

I am NOT a fish person. Don’t like it…don’t eat it…don’t know how to cook it {obviously}. Last night my friend ‘made’ me go with her to a sushi restaurant in Tacoma called Twokoi. Very nice place. Lovely ambiance. The hitch was, that she ordered for us and I was not allowed to know what was in the items until after I tried them. Niiicee! She was kind and didn’t order anything too crazy. Apparently, I ate raw spicy tuna and salmon and also octopus {that was cooked} amongst other things that my taste buds had never experienced. I even tried Sake. I will say that everything was quite tasty and really didn’t taste like I was expecting it too taste. Some items I would probably order again! Wow! Who knew!

when!? 2 years ago

When will I consider this finished?
I guess when I’ve tried 15 new things. I think so far since I started this I’m at 4. lol

But I did try a new one on my trip to Moncton! Greek food! It was a chicken wrap with some seasoning and some veggies and it was really really good.

So I’m at 5.
