I’ve been denying myself a fundamental pleasure in life by being lazy and that is the confidence and benefits of being in great shape. Though I know being “ripped” and being in great shape are not the same thing, IMO, being “ripped” and being in great shape are not mutually exclusive either. Of course, I want to do it naturally w/ minimum supplements and NO steroids.
It only takes one girl saying “six packs are overrated” to kill enthusiasm for this sort of bodybuilding.
i have been working out for over six months now and i have gotton a little bigger over time. i have tried sticking to a diet plan and doing exstensive hardcore training and have taken so many supplements and am getting nowhere. i am mainly trying to get cut. does anyone have any good workout plans that have worked wonders for them. i am in need of desperate help.
I lost a lot of weight (about 85 lbs.) I may look skinny now but I want to look bigger but totally “cut” and all I have to do is keep on doing my training with a lot of focus.
I have until JULY 31st to complete this goal.
If anyone needs weight loss tips just ask me. Or if anyone can give me extra tips one getting ripped fast.. please tell me! :)
Its been hot here, so I’ve taken to walking around shirtless. It cuts down on the sweating a bit. I’m getting the occasional smile and even a “hi” or two. I don’t know if this is related or just a new outlook.
Since I’ve been practicing twice a week instead of once this is coming along nicely. I work in push-ups, pull-ups and crunches on off days as well.
I’m getting back on top of things and starting to look awesome. Not quite “ripped” yet, but definitely close.
I had to tone down my exercises a bit because I tweaked my left elbow a bit during Jujutsu practice. I went easy on exercise and now my elbow is working pretty well.
Rather than working on increasing sets and repetitions I’ve been focusing on form and adding a new exercise, one handed pushups.
One handed pushups are much, much harder than regular pushups because of all the extra balancing required. They also work my latissimus dorsi much harder.
