Help stop inhumane treatment of animals on factory farms

Please visit http://www.farmsanctuary.org and http://www.factoryfarming.com for more info on factory farming! Here is a list of things you can do to help:
1. Try to eliminate meat from your diet.
2. Write letters to legislative officials to stop cruel factory farming practices.
3. Ban restaurants that serve veal or foie gras, or write them a letter trying to get the item off the menu.
4. Donate money to animal rights organizations such as Farm Sanctuary.

If you’ve never seen what happens on a factory farm, I urge you to educate yourself. The conditions the animals are forced to live in are sickening.
