"It takes hunger away"
How I did it:
I decided to diet and I know that water helps you a lot. So, if I am going to reduce my food intake I might as well try to make it easy! That is how I discovered the many wonders of water.
Lessons & tips: What you can do to drink 8 glasses per day is the following:
As soon as you wake up, drink 1 glass of water.
Before breakfast, 1 glass of water.
Keep a bottle of water near you at your office, home, purse. Drink the bottle of water before you eat. And try to get the bottle of water to be 500ml (2 glasses of water).
Tip: When you start to eat, you will feel full! Which is good if you are trying to lose some weight and if you aren't, drinking water before a meal helps the digestion be better.
In the afternoon, do the same that you did before, keep a bottle of water with you. Drink 2 glasses again!
Before dinner, drink 1 glass of water.
Before going to sleep (between dinner and bed) drink 1 and last glass of water.
