    for the moment.

    just for fun thought today was a rotten day as I was enticed to elmos diner for breakfast and couldn’t bring myself to order cottage cheese.

    I had:
    grapes
    asparagus
    lima beans
    a bit of an orange
    and some orange juice
    but its not everyday turley sausage appears in ones life.

    I’ll have a peach later.

    7. is fine. its not nine, but I’m ok with that….

    2 servings black beans
    2 apples (got very hungry and had to have the second one because it was easy to eat while walking the dog.)
    1 tomato
    1 serving of green pepper/carrot/mushroom combo.

    6 total. I probably need to eat some more, but….I sort of forgot to eat until late today…
    Maybe a salad.

    I’m going to soon get rid of this goal, not that i would stop eating fruits or vegs…

    1.5 Strawberries
    1 orange
    1 serving of green and wax beans
    1 serving of zucchini/tomatos
    1 servings of carrots.
    1 serving of fruit juice.

    6.5 which is just fine.
    I can’t do any more, so I ‘m happy.
