Derive 10% of income from secondary job

I’m wearing out my body and car making this income.

...and it’s much better to cut back on 10% of expenses than have the hassle and headache of a second job. I am in IT, and my second job is as an ESL teacher. It’s a rush to get from one to the other, and I don’t seem to have any time to myself.

I am starting small with this by trying to build my recognition around town. By doing a few pro-bono or subsidized jobs I hope to build a portfolio I can take to others.
