    I did it! Received my FAA private pilot certification on 31 Jan 08. Feels great. Now on to additional ratings… :)

    I’ve done 9 of 23 flights. The flight school program is the way to go. Oh, and do the DVD course for the ground school. I’ve done both, and learned more from the DVD course (plus, it’s more consistent).

    If everything goes well, I’ll be doing my first solo this weekend!
