I think it is safe to say that I’ve successfully worked breakfast into my daily routine. Mostly I think it’s because I’ve been working everyday lately and getting up at a regular time. If I don’t eat something good, I find myself starving well before lunch time. Hurrah for me!

ITS THE HEALTHY THING TO DO 3 years ago

I WAS INSPIRED TO DO THIS AT WORK. I CAME TO WORK THIS MORNING ABSOLUTLY STARVING. I KEEP SOME SNACK FOOD STUFF IN MY CUBICLE UNDER MY DESK. AMONGST THESE FOODS I FOUND APPLES, A BOX OF RAISIN BRAN AND PECAN GRANOLA BARS. I DECIDED THAT WITH THESE THINGS I WOULD MAKE THE BEST BOWL OF CEREAL EVER. CRUSHED GRANOLA, WITH LITTLE CHUNKS OF FRESH APPLES, SOME RAISIN BRAN AND A CONTAINER OF MILK FROM THE SNACK MACHINE. IT WAS SO GOOD I STILL HAVE ALL OF THE INGREDIENTS FOR TOMMOROW. AND ITS HEALTHY TO THAT CARRIES WEIGHT WITH ME. YAY BREAKFAST. YUMM

getting up early 3 years ago

I think the trick to this is to wake up at a decent hour. I’ve started working again so I’ve been eating breakfast before I leave for work. And even on days I’m not working I’ve been making sure I eat a well-balanced diet. Today for example I had organic yogurt which is seriously the most delecious yogurt I’ve ever tasted. Mmmmmm…

I think in order to succeed at this I need to start going to bed early so that I don’t sleep in til noon. Lately all my breakfasts have also been lunch.
