learn how to write

when given a writing assignment in school i panic, especially if it’s due by the end of the period. i tend to go completely blank. i find myself starring at the blank piece of paper as time is moving faster than usual. i look around and see my classmates diligently writing novels. ah! it’s so frustrating. i’ve tried jotting down ideas, scrummaging through my notes and nothing. i’ve also spent some time in writing labs and that seems to help a little…

I’m interested in learning how to write, so that I can write short stories, poetry, and perhaps some time in the future a book.
Writing has always been an interest of mine, and something I’ve always dreamed of being able to do since I was in school. I’m not really sure how much of a future there happens to be in having this ability, but it would be nice to do something that I not only enjoy, but could possibly make money from doing.
I’m making a good start at doing this by going to Gather.com and writing both of these things when I can.

I have a friend that helped me write a presentation yesterday. I realized I need the most basic traning in writing.
