Jess is trying for this: ░▒░▒░░▒ → ☼
I’m thinking about becoming a vegetarian, but there are quite a few vegetables that I don’t like. If I eat them over and over, is it possible that I might tolerate them later on?
my dad took the remaining bags of chips to work because when he hides it around the house i always find it and eat it all.
Instead of the chips and dip I have been into lately, I traded it in for multi grain cheerios and milk. I can’t wait to snack on it later!
I was doing so well for so long but then I started to crave BAD food. So I got back to being smarter about what I am buying at the grocery store. No more packaged crackers made with bleached enriched flour, only whole grains. And I need to start drinking more milk!
Maybe if I follow my other goal of learn to make sushi, I might get somewhere with this!
Enriched flour, sugar, partially hydrogenated WHATEVER, salt and lots of other crap! I was SO SO SO SO good for a long time when I first found out I had diabetes but lately I have been craving SO much food (about 4 months pregnant), it is hard to stop eating!
I need to go out and buy some carrots….
