"Dissapointing."

How I did it: I got involved in the fight for gay rights when I was 15. I have identified as bisexual since I was 12. Over the years I have tried numerous times to get involved. I have passed out flyers, passed pettitions, attended rallys, made phone calls when legislation was coming up. Every time I have gotten involved I have had to endure quite a lot of unpleasantness from the LGBT community. Excuse me, the LG community. I have been told that as a bisexual I do not have any stake in the gay rights issue more times than I can count. So , I am done, don't really care anymore. Let someone else argue with raving biggotts, on behalf of raving biggotts.

    A total waste of time and energy. As I am bisexual and not gay I have been told that I don’t belong at just about every event, fundraiser, protest, or rally I have ever attended. I found the whole of the LGBT community very intolerant of bisexuals in general and was made very unwelcomed at every event I attended.
