... i worked out my abs.. and it is killing me today!! i mainly am aiming for that flat sexy tummy, with maybe a 4 pack (which i used to have before!!), and to lose some weight off my big fat legs. so i would say every other day, i work my abs, then my legs.. that would help. if you are big on working out and know all this stuff, and have any suggestions, please let me know.. the only reason i had those abs before was a class i took that forced me to do all this stuff.. and i have no motivation. which sucks.. but i am going to try. We have that P90X dvd stuff but its hard as hell… you have to actually BE IN SHAPE in order to even keep up with those guys.. but i’m trying. i have 9 months to look SUPER HOT for my honeymoon… bow chicka wow wow

Well, being the genius that I am, I went into town, went to the electronics department, took a pair of scales off the shelf and stood on them. It appears I weigh 100kg almost exactly, although this is including my rather heavy work boots. I am also approximately 5 foot 8 inches tall, according to an old estimate I’d forgotten I’d made. This puts my BMI into ‘obsese’... oh well, not for long.
Gonna start the 100 Push-Ups challenge next week…

Okay, a new exercise regime, a new diet. This time I’m limiting my calorie intake and eating healthy, as well as doing about half an hour of exercises every morning. I’m resting the legs because of a bad case of shin splints, but once that settles down I’ll be jogging every day and cycling to work, so hopefully I’ll be burning through the weight like crazy.
How does one work out their own weight without owning a pair of scales? And for that matter, how does one work out how tall they are? This information has eluded me my entire adult life. Seriously.
I need motivation… can someone tell me where I can find it? I really want those flat sexy abs, but I can’t seem to get myself in the gym. I know it would be a little late but maybe I can actually make myself a routine after classes are finished so i won’t have to worry about tests and quizzes popping up randomly and missing my workout because i had to study. this is a rough goal for me…

won’t get worked on until after graduation because i have no time between classes, work, and staying clean to take an hour to go work out.
this is really hard especially when you plan on trying to stay busy. all the other stuff that is consuming my life leaves me restless which is not the shoes you wanna be in if you want to get into shape. After I graduate and don’t have the stress of tests and homeworks and things of that nature, I will have the time to work out. awesome
