1. the place and roommate sounded fantastic. only caveat: the roomie who is moving out had two cats. for my health’s sake, i know i shouldn’t even risk it.

2. the place and roommate sound cool, although she is VERY talkative. ha!!! i, of all people, shouldn’t be complaining about that… he he… the only problem: she is an (occasional) smoker. am very allergic to cig smoke. When i mentioned how allergic i am, she said she could probably change to only smoking outside, but one part of my mind is going… well… what about when it’s the dead of winter and it’s 20 degrees outside, what about then? but she does sound nice. and she is a friend of a friend.

sigh.
sometimes i feel like a lil old biddy, with so many health repercussions resulting from allergies

but then, i realize, one simply must do what one must do, no?

also, there is an open house tomorrow, in brooklyn.
