    Anyone can do it. I did! My recommendation is to start with a simple text editor, like Notepad, whatever Web browser you’re using to read this site, and an HTML reference of your choice. I recommend http://www.w3.org/TR/html401/ . Once you have created your first HTML file simply open it in your browser and “voila!”, you’re a Web developer!
