I first started running last year, as part of a New Year’s resolution.
It stuck! I just ran my first half marathon two days ago, with an amazing time – must have been the adrenaline carrying me to the finish line.
I took yesterday off to recuperate. I treated myself to a pedicure (complete with a foot and calf massage – I needed it!) and browsed through a copy of Fitness magazine.
There was an 8 week training program for triathalons – for beginners, like me!
Now…I haven’t been on a bike in some years, but before last year, I hadn’t devoted time to running either.
So here we go. Let’s train for a triathalon…a small one to start out with. :)
