ok im 16 and weigh around 200 pounds, i dont reallly know because im too afraid of getting on a scale. i’ve tried almost every inexpensive diet plan out there. i joined a sport for a while and dieted, but i did not see many reults. i rarely eat cheeseburgers like i used to, and i rarely eat junk food. i don’t know why im still fat. i run up and down 5+ flights of stairs a day.. i dont know what else to do.

Yep, I finally got the courage to get up and get fit plus hopefully lose some weight.
