Find a house to rent

I now have 4 houses to view.
2 in the area I want to live in the most, one close to that area and the other almost as close to that area.

I’m viewing one this evening at 5pm then I’m viewing two on Saturday morning at 11am and then the forth one on Monday at 4pm.
The two that I am viewing on Saturday are in the area that I want to live in the most so if I love the house I see tonight I am going to wait until I’ve seen the houses on Saturday before making any decisions as the houses on Saturday are in the area I want to live.

I have a list of 7 places available to rent at the moment so I am going to find out today if I am can view these places. A lot of people have a list of people they will or won’t accept for living in their houses so I might be able to get chance to view them, it all depends on what they are and aren’t looking for in a tenent.
I am hoping to get to view the three faves I have singled out but would be nice if I get to view them all and get an offer to live in them, so then I’d get chance to pick which one I like best. Anyway that’s what I hope.
Would be nice to find somewhere within the next 4 weeks.

I really need to move out of home. I live with my dad and have done since my mum left when I was 12. I did have my own house when I was 19 but it didn’t work out and I ended up back at home and I’ve just lacked the drive and determination to move out for various different reasons but I decided that I wanted to have my own place (or even share) by the end of the summer 2010 but that’s all changed and I want to be out within the next 6 months.
Ideally I would like to have my own place by the end of this summer but it all depends on if I can get enough money together for a deposit and also all the essentials and furniture that I will need for my own place.
I just can’t live with my dad anymore because he takes complete advantage of me and treats me like a slave so it’s got to change and it’s a massive step for me and I do feel guilty about moving out because he won’t have anyone but he needs to learn to live on his own and look after himself because I am sick of cleaning up after him and cooking etc and not being appreciated.
I know my dad will do everything in his power to try and stop me from leaving because he knows my weaknesses and knows what to say to me to make me feel crappy about leaving but I’ve got to do it for myself. I’m 26, I need my own house and I need to stop having to run round after my dad all the time.
I know it will be a struggle money wise but I’d rather struggle than live here with my dad anymore.

My fiancee and I got out of our CRAPPY apartment and finally found a BEAUTIFUL 1800 sq. foot house to rent! We moved in last week and I’m working on unpacking!! I can’t tell you how freeing it really is to be in a HOUSE and away from the apartment life!!!

We (my roommate and I) were approved to move into a rental house today!! With any luck we plan to move in around the first of October!
