Was fortunate to be at the beach this weekend. We practiced Qi Gong at the edge of the surf in the morning. This morning I could still hear and see the waves as I practiced in my living room.

its an on going practice, but with the right master it will really expand your life

I woke at 6am this morning and practiced the form on my screen porch. Nice to have time to savor this experience and not feel any time pressure due to going to work.

I wonder if I should take another class with my teacher or continue with this form. Nice to live in an area where I have these options.

I have been exposed to Qi Gong for the last three years. I injured my wrist last fall and one of the treatments I used was acupuncture. The acupuncturist is also a Qi Gong master trained in China during the Cultural Revolution.

I took a class with him in Gu Dang Qi Gong. This is now a regular part of my morning practice. Prepares my body for sitting meditation.
