Celebrate the demotion of Pluto

It was either demote Pluto or we’d end up having to remember new planets every other week, they already had another three lined up and new planets need naming and … bla, better to get it over with and admit that Pluto was never really a proper planet to being with.

Still, I’ve done my big “wa-hoo!” over this one.

I am so happy that Pluto’s off the list. Look, either you have to have all the trans-Neptunian planetoids be counted, or not. I’m all for having the classic 8 on the list, and having Pluto be demoted.

Pluto, like Ceres, should just be considered one of the larger bodies of its kind, and not get planetary status.
