I just got off my treadmill, I was on for only 4 minutes. I guess that shows how unfit I now am. I need to make a commitment to this goal and exercise every morning.

So far I’ve only completed this once. I need more effort to wake up on time to do some exercises. Hopefully next week I’ll do better.
I set this goal last night, but I failed to wake on time this morning. I’ll try again tomorrow.
This is defiantly lacking. I’m not going to taekwondo as often as I could, I hardly ever use my tredmill and I nevergo running or do any of the body weight exercises I used to regularly do.
My new aim, is to wake up earlier in the morning and do 30 mins of exercise. I will alternate between running and body weight.
After waking up a little earlier every day I am ready to go for the gusto and actually exercise. tomorrow is rock hard and that is my favorite. As a bonus, I always eat better when I work out. I am ready to feel good.
When I worked out in the morning I felt great and could get so much more done. I miss that feeling, but getting up at 5:00 is a difficult hurdle to jump. Every week I get a little closer, yet a week has gone by. This monday I am going to take the plunge and get up and get moving. This week I took my favorite areobics class, rock solid, and felt great. Tomorrow I am going to run a 5k, my first. I want to live life a little fuller and I know working out will help me do that. It has worked before, it will work again.
i must exercise evey morning for 30 mins for 6 weeks and if i do this i will reward myself by buying an ipod.i want to get fitter for myself
I want to start exercising in the mornings for at least 1 hour a day and I want to be consistant. This is including weekends, no excuses!
I am aiming to get up at 5 am each day , do about an hour exercise and then you know I will be so energised for the whole rest of day and there will be no need for me to do any exercise after the morning , this will be ideal hopefully I will be able to make it part of my daily routine .. and may help me shift a bit of weight which would be good :)
I just looked at my last entry for this goal, and I was shocked, it was 3 months ago and the situation is the same.
I am training in Taekwondo 5 times a week but my personal traing is very rare. Finding the time is more difficult now.
I think the best thing would be to do my personal training imediatly after Taekwondo. That’s what I should do.
