This is a new goal for me…I used to have ‘exercise 25 days a month’ on my list, but after trying that for months, I realized how ridiculous it is. Maybe one day I will be someone who can work out that much, but now I need to just get in the habit of working out more regularly.
I have mandatory work outs on Wednesday and Fridays, so I just have to find two other times in the week I can work out. This week I worked out on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. So one week down.

I’ve been trying for 6 months but it just always seems to fall apart. I said that I would make it 5 days if I ddin’t make it but I am rethinking this idea. I’m cutting back to 3 days a week for a month and then when I am able to establish the habit I’ll increase it at that time.

got in the way of completing my 3rd week so it’s back to square one…AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I was really getting into the habit too. I’ve challenged myself to do this one so now I really have to plug away and get it done. I have 27 days to finish this goal.
