I’ve been trying for 6 months but it just always seems to fall apart. I said that I would make it 5 days if I ddin’t make it but I am rethinking this idea. I’m cutting back to 3 days a week for a month and then when I am able to establish the habit I’ll increase it at that time. 6 years ago

‘m still sick. After my workout on Friday I took to the couch and didn’t get up until yesterday evening. I’m still feeling pretty bad today but I felt well enough to move around. After some breakfast and watching The Matrix I felt like I could brave the gym.
I had a quick work out. I realized about halfway through that maybe it was a bad idea to workout so soon. Oh well. I made it through.
On my way home I had a great view of the eastern range of mountains. The sky was so blue and clear which makes it easier to see them. They were all out in splendid glory. Some of them still have snow on top too! The view made for nice end to my workout.

I am sick. No. More than sick…I’m VERY sick. I got up this morning and went to the gym. I thought working out would make feel better. Boy was I wrong. By the time I got back home I knew that work or anything else was out of the questions for today.
So I called in sick, layed down on the sofa and Scott covered me with a quilt. That was at 11am…I woke up half an hour ago! The worst part is I still feel like crap!! I’m thinking that I may go back to sleep.

Well-After a long day of work I went to the gym. I must say that I am surprised that I’m doing so well on this goal. I really dislike going but now that I have set the goal and made it publicly known I’m finding it easier to complete.
