I lost sight of this for a bit. As I am now getting up early (5.30am), I HAVE GOT TO GO TO BED EARLIER!!! No good trying to make more time to achieve more, if I’m too knackered to work towards the goals I’ve made time to achieve. Doh!

soots1 is loving her 9 month old twin boys
I always feel so much happier about the world when I get my needed sleep. Also, it helps my blood sugar stay stable so I don’t eat naughty things. So, all is all, why do I not do this every night? The aim here I guess it to start by achieving it on 3 days a week at least
