just finished learning all of the countries…now I’m on the capitals

I used to be rubbish with capitals and my family would always make fun of me. Now five years later i know a lot but i still don’t know all the capitals.

so i am gonna learn all of them!! especially the african ones!

Heya, i was searching for more people who knew all capitals of the world till i found this site.

haven’t been on in a while; going to drop certain tasks, elevate others, add new ones.

this is smthing i’m keeping.

need to catch up.

i have, rather embarassingly, learned 0 new capitals to date. gameplan:

• i’ve got this wonderful book i bought myself as my 20th birthday gift for myself which i will start carrying with me on longer trips.

• i’m spending the next 20 minutes looking for an existing mp3 with geography information. if this fails, i will buy a microphone (i need one anyways) and record this information myself, burn it to cd and listen to it while driving to work.

• i’ll periodically read this page http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0855603.html—though i think i can do better. i’m considering writing a webpage to parse this info and present a capital of the day; or sending it out in email form. this is obviously overkill, but might be a fun little programming project.

there is absolutely no reason not to have this knowledge it should take less than half a day.
