Ahoge are those endearing sloppy tendrils. They’re much easier to have sticking out of your head with very short hair. These girls often wear hats.
If you wear hats, you could save yourself a lot of trouble of having long hair by just wearing hats

Hats are cute; they almost make up for a lack of hair. One hairstyle I’ve found I like has these enormous clips, but the only problem is you can’t lie down in them.
