How to make bread pudding by phred3

"I am eating mostly organic and low Glycemic Index and I was hosting New Years' Live 'n Shine in 2009 Dinner at my house. Best Bread pudding ever!!!"

How I did it: It was all rather spontaneous so the amounts were play it by taste...  I used the following ingredients:
Sprouted Grain Bread
Agave Nectar
(a sprinkling of stevia coz my agave nectar ran out)
3 or 4 eggs
chopped apples & pears
Allspice Powder
Arrowroot Powder
Kamut Flakes
Creamed Coconut
Organic Milk
Cinammon stick

Baked at 350 deg for 45 mins

I made three batches and everyone loved it!  I gave one loaf to my landlord too.  The next time I'm making this is on Valentine's Day yay!!!!

It tastes better than any regular bread pudding I've ever had.  Nothing about it tastes odd.  I was amazingly surprised to learn that there is a decadent healthy dessert that exists!!! 

Lessons & tips: There are many recipes on line.  I respond negatively to sugar, so I needed to make something that tasted good but wouldn't make me crash or feel ill later.
Most of the ingredients in my version are things that I eat on most days anyway.
I served this with whipped cream.  I bought my own organic whipping cream and had fun whipping it:):)

    .....is one of those things that most people make very differently. I didn’t get into the actual dessert until I went on a volunteer trip to Philly and one of the ladies that went to the church we stayed at made her Puerto Rican version of bread pudding.

    It was amazing. That may have been my first time really tasting and liking it.

    And I know er’one is particular about it. Some like raisins or coconut in there, but I want to get a generic recipe and create my own.
