    Running is mostly about physical fitness, but another large part of it is your mentality towards the run. I’ve run 10 and 11 milers and was dead tired after, and I never thought I could run 15 miles non-stop, but I did it finally! Just remember that you can do a lot more than you think you can do, but be careful not to get dehydrated. And when it gets into really high temperatures be aware of how you feel during the run bcuz heat stroke and heat exhaustion are fairly common especially when your doing longer distances. :) Good Luck everyone and be safe!!!!
